This Privacy Policy explains how PinPathRN LLC (“PinPathRN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, retains, and discloses personal information through the PinPathRN website, applications, accounts, educational-planning tools, recommendations, checklists, subscription and payment features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy is intended to be read with our Terms of Service. It applies to information we process through the Service and related support communications. It does not govern a third party's independent privacy practices, including processing by payment processors and app marketplaces.
The Service is intended for individuals age 13 or older who are located in the United States. Users age 13 through 17 may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly offer the Service to children under 13 or knowingly collect personal information from them.
The Service is an educational-planning tool. It does not request or require medical records, health diagnoses, Social Security numbers, government-identification numbers, or other sensitive information that is not necessary to provide the Service. Do not submit such information directly to PinPathRN. Payment-card information entered through the designated payment process is processed by the applicable payment processor, app marketplace, or other payment service as described below; PinPathRN does not request that you provide complete payment-card numbers or card security codes directly to PinPathRN. We do not currently collect precise device geolocation through the Service. For checklist items involving health or clinical compliance requirements, including application and post-admission requirements, PinPathRN may allow you to track whether you have completed a general requirement, but PinPathRN does not collect, verify, or store the underlying vaccination records, physical-examination information, medical records, background-check reports, or other compliance documentation through those checklist items.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described below:
Developers or contractors may access personal information only as authorized by PinPathRN for work needed to build, support, test, or secure the Service.
Payment and subscription processing may be provided by Stripe, Square, an app marketplace, or another third-party payment processor made available for the applicable purchase or subscription. Payment information submitted through a third-party payment service is processed under that provider's applicable terms and privacy notices. Depending on the service, a payment provider may process information on PinPathRN's behalf or independently for its own purposes.
A payment provider may retain the payment credentials needed to process authorized recurring charges. PinPathRN does not intend to receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. We may receive and retain limited payment and subscription information, such as your name or contact information, amount, date, transaction status, transaction identifier, payment method type, processor customer or subscription identifier, subscription tier, billing interval, current subscription status, renewal information, plan changes, cancellation status, and limited billing information. That information may be used to keep paid access synchronized with the subscription status maintained by the payment provider.

PinPathRN does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not permit third-party advertising networks to use Service activity to target ads across unrelated services. We do not use personal information submitted in the onboarding survey to advertise third-party products.
This statement does not prevent disclosures to service providers, payment processors, advisors, legal recipients, or transaction participants for the operational purposes described in this Policy.

We may use personal information for the purposes described in this Policy. We may also aggregate or deidentify information and use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information for analytics, research, product development, business planning, and other lawful purposes. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the purposes for which it is processed, operational requirements, and applicable legal requirements. Subscription-consent, transaction, billing, cancellation, and related records may be retained for the periods reasonably necessary to document authorization, administer the subscription, satisfy accounting or chargeback requirements, and comply with applicable law. Information may also remain in backups or other systems for a period of time after deletion from active systems.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will process privacy requests as required by applicable law and may provide additional choices through the Service.
We may verify your identity before acting on a request. We may deny, limit, or retain information in response to a request when permitted by law, including to complete a transaction, maintain security, comply with law, preserve legal claims, document subscription or purchase authorization, or protect another person's rights. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from protected backups.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, opt out of certain processing, use an authorized agent, appeal a request decision, or receive protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Submit applicable requests to privacy@pinpathrn.com, and we will respond as required by law.

The Service is intended for users age 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users ages 13–17 may create and use their own account only with parent/guardian permission, and we may require the user to attest that permission was obtained. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to us, contact privacy@pinpathrn.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion when required by law.
PinPathRN is based in California, and the Service is intended for the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method before the change takes effect when required. We will obtain consent if applicable law requires consent for a new use of information.
